According to the Chinese Zodiac, the Year 2010 is the Year of the Tiger. So I decided to post some artistic digital artworks of the Tiger. Chinese New Year co-insides with the global celebration of Valentine’s Day so it will begin on February 14, 2010 and ends on February 2, 2011.The Tiger is the third sign in the cycle of Chinese Zodiac, which consists of 12 animal signs. The Year of the Tiger is a sign of bravery and associated with the earthly branch symbol. This brave and blistering fighter is honored by the ancient Chinese as the sign that wards off fire, thieves and ghosts, the three major tragedy of a houseold:. According to the well-known Feng Shui Grand Master Tan Khoon Yong, 2010 will not be a good year for all of the 12 zodiacs. I’m not really a believer of Chinese astrology, but I love to hear positive views. Let’s view now some cool Tiger-inspired graphic arts.

I think someone made a mistake when they decided to turn the actual photograph of Odin, the underwater tiger, into something that looks like a painting. The image is much more affecting when you know that it is real.

I really love the pics. Simply awesome! With Tigers disappearing at an alarming rate all over the world, Pictures like these will probably be the only way the future generation are going to get to know them.
